@hotelsdotcom waiting over a day to get answer on refund for cancellation due to COVID-19. Cust service said they would get back to us shortly over 24 hours ago. Can anyone help resolve?

@XPOCustomerCare delivery finally made. The drivers were “miserable and rude” and “inappropriate”to the person i paid to be there for them after XPO didn’t show up or call on first scheduled delivery. @onepeloton
@XPOLogistics had scheduled delivery 6-9pm today. Driver called at 4:30 to deliver. I couldn’t be home till 6:00. He said he’ll get back with me in a few minutes. Never called!! I called XPO multiple times to see if anyone was coming. Not 1 person could get that info. WHAT A JOKE
@XPOCustomerCare There was an 833-number a little while ago on my wife’s phone. It’s usually XPO. Is it possible to see if it was the driver? No message was left.
@XPOCustomerCare It’s from Peloton. Johanna Bendell. XPO rescheduled for today from 10:30 - 1:30. Driver just called and said he can’t do at that time. I confirmed timing last night. Phone assoc. w/ order 6157723941. Please call me at 6158380863

@BMWUSA cannot get Connected App to work. Dealer doesn’t know why. All boxes checked in car. Can see fuel and mileage but no other functionality. HELP PLEASE

@XPOLogistics got email & v mail confirming delivery. Called to adjust time: rude lady (shanese) said no record of scheduled delivery. 3rd day of no show— would like explanation! Shanese said xpo doesn’t email/vmail confirmations. I have both. Horrible service.

@XPOLogistics I was told delivery was rescheduled for today and i would get a call with a time. I never received a call. I need to know when delivery will be made ASAP
@XPOLogistics Horrible experience with xpo. Waited 6 hours for a delivery to find out it wasn’t assigned to a delivery truck after receiving email confirmation. Staff was extremely rude and kept changing story. Lied about contacting me and said truck “may have been broken down”
