2. 結果起点のプロンプト

手順を細かく指定せず、ゴールと完了条件を定義する。

例：
「顧客の問題をエンドツーエンドで解決」
「成功条件：証拠から判断し、実行してから返答。不足時は最小の質問」

ALWAYS/NEVERは本当の禁止事項だけに使い、判断は基準を渡してモデルに任せる。

1. まず削る

GPT-5.6は指示を足すより削る方が効く。

削る対象：
・同じルールの繰り返し
・挙動を変えない例文
・不要になった手順指示
・無関係なツール説明

OpenAI社内評価では、削っただけでスコア10〜15%改善、トークン41〜66%削減。矛盾した指示は「不足」より悪い。

画像10枚でnoteが100万売れた。

俺がやってたのは、作った画像を𝕏に貼って、集まった読者に美女の日記をnoteで売るだけ。月10万は、それだけで超えた。

100万まで伸びた理由は画像のクオリティじゃなくて「美女の思想」の方で、画像を貼る作業より「この子はどういう考え方で生きてる子なのか」をポストで伝えることに時間を使ってた。

うちの美女に持たせてたのは「自分中心に生きる」って考え方。他人の顔色を伺わずに生きてる女の子は強くて眩しいから、気付いたら読者の方から追いかけてくる。

キャラの思想を1個決める、それだけの話なんよな。
