@hmtreasury Tell that to Barclays Bank, I, like many others, haven’t even been able apply yet, I’ve been waiting 20+ days for a callback, also tried Live Chat, DM, and I spend 1+ hours on hold each day, but no one ever answers!!

@Bounce_BackLoan Some info on my own situation, may or may not be useful for others - been getting the dreaded 41 error, still had no call back after 18 days, yesterday I desperately just started calling any Barclays numbers I could find, got through to someone based in Chichester...

@Bounce_BackLoan ...they told me to just go to any branch with 2 forms of ID, and proof of address etc, and they are updating my info today. Whether I get accepted or not, you knows, but hopefully I’ll be able to actually just apply in the next 24 hrs!

@RishiSunak Unfortunately, not the case for thousands of Barclays Business customers, who seem to be getting deliberately blocked from even contacting Barclays, never mind actually being able to apply #bouncebackloans #Barclays
