A good percentage of projects mess up the launch with either low or delayed liquidity on Dex, getting ripped of by Cexes, spreading out across 10 random Lpads, getting rekt by refund policies of launchpads or setting vesting that is either too generous without any mechanisms to maintain the value or too rough. Projects need a lot of handholding throughout the entire process and launchpads can potentially play a more active role in that journey.
@kankanivishal Yes, that is a valid point. There is immense noise/clutter across platforms nowadays. By the time CT agrees on where we are in the cycle, we’re probably already halfway to the next phase😄
@AltcoinDaily Can't help but notice that the tweet quality has gone down a lot on this and many other KOL accounts. Same old engagement farming content instead of some useful content. The Youtube content remains good, but X has gone down a lot in quality.
True, the strongest builders in this space know they’re here to serve the network, not themselves. Crypto has no shortage of big egos, everyone wants to become the main character. The network thrives because people continue to show up and contribute, not because of some egoistic individuals glorifying themselves or posting cringeworthy and clickbait content 24/7.
Few other chains have the same depth of developer tooling, educational resources, and open-source libraries. Builders go where the best infra and community is and imo that’s still Ethereum. Yes, there are some issues, but the scale at which ethereum plays and the size of the community and dev network dwarfs competition. Through forks, fee debates, and scaling wars, Ethereum’s community has shown an unmatched resilience and ability to adapt without fracturing which cannot be said about many others.
@VitalikButerin Open protocols create ecosystems, closed ones create moats. The real challenge is designing open but responsible systems. Otherwise, the same old trust the gatekeeper point arises.
