A footbridge next to Rockley Bridge would connect the BCP Seafront/Castleman Trailway with the Cordite Way and Sika Trail taking cyclists off the roads and onto safe routes.

Walking down the steps just before the Abbey-Chesterton Bridge onto the towpath on the south side of the River Cam heading west under the railway bridge. Railings next to the towpath to prevent people falling into the river. There's also seating both sides of the bridge.

Scoping into the possibility of a new foot bridge next to the railway bridge behind Christchurch Retail Park which would connect into Ilford Meadow. I believe the land on the Christchurch side belongs to Network Rail. @MrsA4boys
