@JimHapenney @Pandomania @JimHapenney WebDrive will not have an ARM version near future (no current ETA if added in the future). The current release of WD is 64-bit only. WD 2019 (final update early 2022) would be available in a 32-bit version if desired, but coding has ended for the legacy version.

That's correct. Yes would be to Uninstall the existing version (recommended) during installation of the latest. Feel free to install 2019 back on if desired.

Old WD still connected during upgrade? Prompt is to keep the older WD installed.

Sites need to be disconnected. Delete any existing sites, restart, recreate connection from scratch, change drive letter

In WebDrive 2019 and older, it's Site Properties --> Basic File Settings --> Disable explorer icon handler to prevent file downloads

With regards to the preview items, here is a change you can make to WebDrive:

Disconnect from WebDrive. Edit the settings for your connection in WebDrive, open the "Advanced" dropdown, and check the box for "Enable thumbnails and file preview". Connect WebDrive again
