Joining the NT Council or Board of Trustees would allow you to give direction. How many of the RT team have attempted to join either?

@DavidJMunro @surreycc @SurreyCouncil and @SurreyPolice were present at Frensham Common yesterday, 23rd July. I understand that they observed half a dozen or so vehicles using the byway over the course of the day.

This doesn't sound like overuse.

@Jeremy_Hunt @SurreyPolice Excluding all vehicles from the byway would prevent lawful use of the byway by responsible users.

It's unlikely to address the issue of antisocial behaviour or adjacent land. They'll find their way onto there somehow.

Why not apply a speed limit to the byway?
