@Thebuckestmofo9@all_nations2 We have very little in terms of actual dense big city's in America.
Many of our cities like SF have refused to build much of anything for decades, should be more than capable of having bigger apartments for decent prices if they built up more.
@RayMairead Exactly why there should be dedicated separated bike paths, but you would complain about that too, because everything should be a wide ugly road.
@wolfpupipa@jdcmedlock The same seniors who have voted against building anything new of any kind for decades, all for the sake of their over inflated home value.
@DallasTexasTV So many Americans are so insistent on having a useless front laws that they will literally sacrifice a good home for it.
That is a decent sized plot of land, tons could be done with it, and this is what they come up with?
@drawgerrr@charise_lee Buildings whit a purpose, this has no purpose, it is only 26 homes.
Almost none of which will be lived in, just investments for the rich.
@elaifresh@BUNNlCULA It's also because the SF Bay is fairly shallow, most of the bay an average swimmer could touch the bottom no problem.
It's also what makes the bay bridge possible.
Really it's crazy we haven't built more tunnels under the bay, there are trains under Tokyo deeper than the tube.
@AmesGerrard@XVRJSli "Why don't modders just develop a whole game"
That isn't how games work.
Not to mention the proprietary engine the game runs on with little to no modding tools.
@MarsRevealed@Punk_Bat Both can be a problem, I have lived in San Jose, and the endless insanely loud cars is a problem, it seriously impacts quality of life.
@Crime_Penguin@atlanticesque I don't want every vehicle on the road to be the same exact design.
i already hate how most new cars are a same bubble looking CUV or big truck
