@FedEx What nonsense is this!? I can't even get through to speak to a live agent by phone about a mislabeled package that was sent to me, but will end up bouncing because it's an invalid address. And Fedex delivery manager seems to be broken at the moment, so I can't fix it!

@BibArch It's laughable how bad your customer service is. Subscribed to the digital package a few months back. Tried to reset my password and it said the reset worked, but still can't log in. Called customer service, they can't help, and tech support WON'T REPLY TO EMAILS.

@USPSHelp "Delivery Instructions" on your site is broken. I can select the option to hold a package at a post office, add the redirect to a cart (for a cost of $0)...but can't check out!!! Clicking the checkout button redirects back to the same checkout screen.

Not trying to dump on the younger generation btw, but it's a statistical fact that households today are much less stable (shorter marriages, more divorce, more single parent families) than before. Imho, from selfishness.
