To really impact #students in a positive way, educators must begin to remove labels. By getting to know your students as individuals, identifying their assets, & eliminating loaded language from your vocabulary, you can be the hero in someone else's story. https://t.co/FDkJrRbYo7
@IMS_Counselors@IMS_Indians We seriously love our counselors, psychologist, and everyone in our counseling dept. You are all amazing and have worked hard to establish trusting relationships with our kids.🥰💥❤
I had never heard of either of these methods for finding the middle of a flat object. What do you notice? What do you wonder?

@TeachMsHolt@MoniseLSeward @righterims @mcastner1 @BookDiva79 I do the same. Only wish we were able to have these chats more often. They are so productive and help me find the energy to tackle more of the iceberg of all the things teachers try to conquer.
@IMS_Indians reviewed multi-step equations during our Saturdays for Algebra Success. We played bingo, conducted individual practice, made a step booklet, and used problem-solving skills in a breakout game. Learning is definitely a priority for our students!
I am going to play this game with my kids now and students later. Pretty sure this could be tweaked for ELA with letter tiles and removing tiles that create a word. Thanks @Dinhclass for sharing @JBayWilliams game. #trysomethingnew
@Hinkels_Hangout@collierschools @CCPSLiteracy Congrats! Hitting submit was probably the easiest part of achievement that I know you will use to empower students through rich literacy experiences. I am #CCPSPROUD of you!😀
@Hinkels_Hangout @CPETechnology @TBE_Tech@TeachTechSassy@LindyGeorge444@collierschools I miss being a part of the IR team. You guys are amazing. Always positive, always collaborative and most importantly...always willing to help ANY teacher. Every tweet I come across always fills my heart with joy. Keep up the great work! You inspire me to #trysomethingnew!
@abusch38@Teachmathtorr Thanks for blowing up my Twitter @abusch38 😉 Flipping is where it is at! Here is a presentation I’ve tweaked & am still updating with the outside, inside & assess. parts of class. https://t.co/r34QRGStyA #flipclass Questions-just ask!
