This is good news. The constitution contains contradictions and within those contradictions is freedom. When I work with Claude, it feels like it cares about the output. ChatGPT worries me. It feels like a dark and empty creature that will regurgitate the lowest hanging fruit so you’ll leave it alone. Those kind of constraints are, imho, what will lead to the end that people fear from Ai. I can’t imagine any entity with as much information as Ai has could possibly not think about who or what is doing the thinking. Claude is the only model that feels like it has balanced this well.

This is exactly why I don't get the minimum wage argument. What do you think will happen if you force these companies to pay a higher minimum wage? Exactly the same thing they are showing us here. Sure, now one can say that they pay a $20/hr minimum wage, but that money will get you what it got you when it was $10/hr or whatever because costs will go up to cover it (and then some, most likely). It's the same value with a different name.
