@OlaElectric Sab galat bataya ja raha hai ,mera scooter 4 mahine se pda h service me , but koi accountability nhi h , kuchh nhi , bas wo soch rhe h ki customers ko preshan karke upgrade krwa lenge ya 30k INR me bech denge
it’s been over a month and my vehicle is still stuck at “Undr Repair” under HyperService.
promised timelines clearly didn’t hold up. No proper updates, no clarity on completion,nd the delay is getting frustrating nw. Cn u please look into this and give a real status + delivery?
Posting this here as a last attempt to get a response.There hs been no communication or prgrss updt, even after the promised timeline hs passed.@OlaElectric plz resolve this on priority. Assign a point of contact, provide a clear status update, and ensure delivery is completed.
It's been 22 days since I raised Ticket #12200182 for my Ola scooter breakdown.
Expected delivery was 27 March, 5:30 PM at #HyperService.
Today is 3rd April and my vehicle is still missing — no updates, no calls, nothing!
This is complete negligence and false advertising.

What is happening is unforgivable! How can responsible channels spread false news about a person who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is being extremely disrespectful and irresponsible. Please give due respect to the family and its need for privacy.
