This isn’t working because this has been through so many different people so I’m going to explain 

So last Monday you guys had a issue with Tradovate this was resolved with the loss being credited back to our accounts this fix has caused my account to say that I have received a payout which is incorrect 

My biggest day on the account was $684 
My total profit on the account is $2259
My consistency should be at 30%

You guys failed to remove the ninja trader issue form the calendar which says I’m down $1500 but that issue was fixed and not removed form the calendar 

Please see all provide photos with proof of the issue being apparently fixed 
Please see my consistency rule with all my winning days on your alpha futures system 
Please see my calendar with all my days and the one error day that wasn’t fixed properly

Been going back and forth with alpha futures

Can you guys please respond to my emails I have been emails since Monday last week

You guys started with a Tradovate issue which you said you fixed but you actually stuffed the accounts up

I have a net profit of $2259 and my biggest day is $684 and your still denying a payout and you have increased my consistency up to 100% when it should be on 30%

I have spoken with 4-5 different people through emails and they have all just left mid way through conversation

Today they actually said they lost my ticket I have sent 20+ emails just for them to take over a day to respond and say sorry there is high volume of people
