I still have plans for a Mecha Big Tex story, but it will be a separate project. It will be more of G Gundam meets Godzilla.

My original idea was to make a Texas-based team called the Power Ranchers. They would use Big Tex to protect the Lone Star State from giant monsters, but I saw someone else posting similar fan art.

My plan is to do six issues a year, changing the suits, powers, and villains every year like the show, until I forget my own name. It won’t be for money or notoriety, but more of an ongoing project to keep me creating, drawing, and writing.
