@Emma_Campaigner@virginmedia My contract ended in September and my monthly bill was going up to ยฃ135. I went on live chat and managed to get my monthly bill down to ยฃ45pm and they also chucked in Netflix for free
@oyolasvegas 1/Never stayed in such a poorly run & filthy hotel in my life.
Our original room was room was filthy & smelled of mouldy oranges, we were switched to another room which was also filthy & not cleaned once during our stay despite us
5/ The hotel corridors were filthy and litter was regularly left lying for days. Ice machines didn't work. The stairwell also smelled strongly of smoke and was disgusting and felt very unsafe.
@British_Airways You have closed my compensation claim without sending me any emails. The claim has been closed in error and Customer Relations call centre are not helpful. Please respond to my PM.
This is the 2nd issue I have had with BA for the same trip!!!
@British_Airways reported a missing bag in the baggage portal and now when I try to track it, I get messages saying the reference is incorrect. Have sent private mail but nit getting a response
