When going through a drive through food should be given at the window. I am driving through not expecting to park my car and sit in the parking lot to wait for the food when it is a drive through… @JollibeeUSA terrible service for first time customer

@JollibeeUSA first time at Jollibee. Waited through a 20 minute drive through to get to the window and be asked to pull up to a parking spot to wait for my food. We order 4 pieces of fried chicken in total and two sides of fries.. still waiting.
