every time I go to use an online service it goes down. that's TSB went loopy just as I tried to log in.

is it me? Am I the source of these problems?

@SP_EnergyPeople I've got logged in and my account is showing in credit (in line with payment made last week) so assume email was sent in error or auto generated or something.
