I was arrested on English soil, by English police under an archaic English law & treated as a terrorist for my reporting.

To this day, not a single British outlet in the mainstream press have said a word.

Israeli media covered it. Chinese, Italian, Arabic, Persian media did, and then some.

@HaimBresh @swilkinsonbc @AsaWinstanley and @CraigMurrayOrg experienced similar mistreatment. Again, no mention in the press.

Other journalists are supposed to be colleagues who care about free speech and civil liberties— never mind when the blowback could one day affect them too.

I still remember their silence when Assange was languishing in prison. They neither defended him nor freedom of speech.

They always seem to have time to criticize human rights abuses abroad, but then turn a blind eye when it happens here.

We are witnessing an unbelievable affront on free speech using the Terrorism ACT in order to protect Israel's tattered reputation.
