deadass fighting the worst binge cycle of my life like every day i wake up praying i wont eat past my cal limit and then something terrible happens (i eat the one thing i know i shouldn’t) and i binge
no one talks abt starting at a high weight and losing so much and still having a lot left to lose. it’s so exhausting mentally it feels like it will never be enough. GRRRRR
