i have like, EVERY symptom of pms right now. mood swings, food cravings, digestion issues, restless sleep, back pain, mild flu, muscle weakness, fatigue, increased anxiety, brain fog, tender breasts, and swollen ankles ffs we lose like 2 weeks of the month like this. the worst.
@questmoosa high calcium interferes with thyroid hormone production and absorption. also dairy products don’t help with the symptoms of hashimoto’s (diarrhoea, acid reflux, bloating etc.)
