Hello @Hermesparcels I fear that you have lost my @fetchlovespets order and my pup may go hungry! The tracking number says it should have been delivered yesterday but I had an email saying it has been delayed. Online support didn't tell me anything I didn't already know! Help!

It's so easy to just always complain about poor customer service, but I'm going to praise @BunchesUK! I spoke to Paul yesterday, he was super friendly and rectified an issue straight away and the redelivery today was perfect! Thank you!

@virginmedia No, you rang her so she took the opportunity to ask about her package whilst you were on the phone. I usually deal with her contracts of things so I'll be ringing up next week when I'm allowed in her house as she has to be with me to allow permission for me to talk on her behalf

@virginmedia Someone rang my Nan and started with her being a valued customer (having been with you for over 15 years) and when my Nan explained that she was looking to reduce her costs (at nearly 90, her package is quite an expense) your representative hung up on her!
