made it through ebay auth, get it in the mail, not a refractor

ebay didnt want to give me the refund at first, until I went public

they made me pay the base price for the card and refunded me the difference

seller kept their money…ebay supports scammers

btw theres like 20k 9s and higher, so no way price tanked $200 in 5 hours. last 2 ebay comps are $980.00 and $1k.

for the “psa can offer what they want” dumbasses…it literally changed while it has a 24 hour timer to accept an offer.
