@dhlexpressuk why are your drivers incapable of reading the address on the label and the street name they've delivered items to. My items have been delivered to not only the wrong street but also the wrong door number. This needs fixing today!

@ShaunTossell I really hope he's able to get the help he needs. I struggle myself and had a particularly bad day yesterday. Except I'm in a fortunate position that I have access to fantastic mental health care through my work. Should be something that is so much more easily accessible for all.

@LoveWestLothian Yes that's where the information came from about them being emptied Saturday rather than Friday and then Monday. Finally emptied today but they haven't done them all, some have been left full, these bins aren't even open a fraction and no stickers been put on them to advice why.

@LoveWestLothian what on earth is happening with the bins?! Supposed to have been emptied Friday, then told Saturday, then told today and low and behold still not emptied. We all pay our council taxes for services such as this, if this was a trader/shop etc we'd get a refund.

@DisneyPlusHelp Happy to report it appears to have sorted itself. Will keep that in mind if it happens again. Just so you know, it was coming up saying you were experiencing slow speeds and to try again later, possibly just a momentary issue.
