@virginmedia You were unable to provide a service within 2 months! The Sim is part of the Virgin bundle! Virgin cannot provide a service so the customer is ending up having to be £200 out of pocket! Absolutely ridiculous

@virginmedia is an absolute shambles! Due for instal 30th Jan, got moved to 16th MARCH! Still not happened! Called on 16th told it would happen, called again 17th same story, and again 18th and now again 19th! Tried to cancel 3 times and the phone line disconnects! #awfulservice

@virginmedia They have asked me to pay the contract even though Virgin told me I wouldn’t have to! How is that fair! Virgin should be paying this!

@virginmedia @Telefonica saying I must pay £192 to get out of the o2 virgin sim yet @virginmedia told me I could cancel due to them being unable to provide my services! 2 months later no internet, and being charged for them being unable to provide a service!

@virginmedia Finally able to cancel my instal! After 2 months of waiting no one can tell me when the works will be complete! Yet I’m being asked to pay out the 16months remaining on the o2 sim you bundled me onto!

@virginmedia I believe that is what they were meant to do on 30th Jan, and again 16th, 17th, 18th March. I have not seen anyone from Virgin attend to do any works outside my property. Nor has anyone contacted me to say they were attending.

@virginmedia I’ve spoken to the team 4 days in a row and they say it will be installed that day, yet it is not, and if not to call back at 5pm, called back yesterday at 5pm but they close at 5pm. No one is able to confirm time of install. Also tried cancelling and the phone lines cut out!
