2. If a Dr has had some conduct or capability concern upheld by the GMC, it is on their public record for all to see transparently. You might want to seek another Dr. Unless they change gender and you won't then know.

@sljvalk @gracebrod1e Dr here. Team destroyed by incompetent nurse who pulled race card when concerns about her practice raised. Finally an external expert opinion agreed her practice was poor. Of course she’d already been promoted - continues to put patients at risk. Every good person is in danger.

@lennycornwall She initially didn't even invite RCPsych to give evidence, she trumpets that any old doctor can do this capacity and coercion assessment, and now she's volunteered psychiatrists to be on this panel. This government is terrifying.
