Keywords here are “major nonprofit”! Those of us running grassroots nonprofits have actually worked our butts off to raise the money and then used the money to help the people it was actually given to help. In our case, trauma survivors. It’s so frustrating to see this kind of fraud and corruption! I hope this question is only to stir up conversation? If not, I don’t want to follow your other insightful posts! If driving to a building on Sunday mornings was a REQUIREMENT for following Jesus, many of us who’ve been sexually abused in the church would be in much trouble! In light of everyday news of fallen pastors, I would think the answer would be obvious!
