Listen Labs is joining @Salesforce. We’ve entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition and expect the transaction to close in the coming months.
Every day, people use Listen to hear from thousands of customers at once and turn what they say into decisions their teams can act on. They've shown what customer understanding looks like when asking customers is fast and easy.
Now we get to bring that to far more companies as part of Salesforce AI Labs.
Customers - you'll keep getting the Listen you know, and the people behind it stay the same.
Thank you to every researcher who ran a study with us, pushed us with feedback, and made Listen better along the way.
We're just getting started.
Introducing Listen Twins.
1:1 digital twins of real people in your audience, each built from an in-depth interview and validated against the person it's modeled on.
Ask them anything and get answers from 100+ twins of your customers in seconds.
Listen Labs made @LinkedIn's 2026 Top Startups list, alongside customers like @AnthropicAI and @cognition_labs.
Thank you to our team and to everyone who relies on us to understand their users at scale.
We're hiring in NYC, SF, Austin and London: https://t.co/wWgXwPiCRD
We put @ListenLabs on 1,500 screens across New York in 48 days.
Our marketing team tested every part of the billboards with buyers on Listen, from concept to every word of the copy.
One study came back 24 hours after our first billboard went up. We changed every billboard after it.
This is episode 1 of Listen on Listen, where our teams show how they use our own product.
Stay tuned for the next!
Applications for the Listen Future Founder Program close tomorrow, Oct 9.
Join @ListenLabs as an engineer, work with customers, and learn from our founders and operators at @sequoia, @pearvc, @conviction, and @RibbitCapital.
This is our founding cohort.
Next chance to join is cohort 2.

Here's what we learned:
1.Most of our New York one-liners didn't travel.
2. The plainest line beat the jokes: Find out what people think, why they think it, and what to do about it.
3. "AI-powered" made people think of chatbots. "Modern customer understanding" won, so that's what went on the vans.
Your customers in one market aren't your customers in the next.
Don't guess, just listen.
Listen Labs takes over London!
Every region has its own culture, and what resonates in New York won't necessarily work in London. So we used Listen with 100 people in the UK to see if our existing messaging landed.
Listen Labs now supports Pricing Tests with our first pricing method: Gabor Granger.
Every point on the demand and revenue curves comes with the "why" behind it, from an AI-moderated interview you can go back and watch.
Live for all users today.
Pricing research gives you a number. But a "no" can mean price sensitivity, or a gap between price and perceived value.
One means changing the price, the other means changing how you explain the product's value.
The interview tells you which one it is.
Our second @ListenLabs Chess Club tournament is here.
Join us next Thursday, September 24th at 6pm at our HQ in San Francisco.
All levels welcome.
Casual boards ready if you want to play for fun. Food/drinks on us if you just want to come hangout.
Let the best king or queen win.

Listen Labs was one of exactly two products @AnthropicAI's Head of Product Design, @joellewenstein, named when asked what earns an outside tool a spot at Anthropic.
"Do you provide something beyond what we can code internally," he said. "It sounds like an obvious statement, but ultimately that's the bar."
Honored to be in daily use at Anthropic alongside an incredible product, @figma.
The 2026 Intelligent Applications 40 is here.
Now in its sixth year, the IA40 recognizes the top private companies shaping the future of applied AI, from foundational infrastructure to full-stack intelligent applications.
This year's list reflects a market maturing fast:
→ 450+ companies nominated and voted on by 72 investors across 54 leading firms
→ $410B raised by this year's 45 winners since founding — more than 25x what the inaugural 2021 class had raised at the same point
→ 23 repeat winners and 22 new entrants, a 49% turnover rate, down from 68% last year, as some of 2025's breakout companies start to entrench
The big pattern this year is how companies are “Harnessing the Value of AI.” As frontier models become more capable and commoditized, the winners are increasingly the companies proving they can turn AI capability into real ROI, whether they're building the application, aggregating the models, or supplying the infrastructure underneath. Databricks remains the only company to appear on every IA40 list since we launched it in 2021.
Congratulations to all the 2026 IA40 winners. Your work is defining what's possible in this new era of intelligent applications.

Thank you to our great partners: @AWSstartups, @GoogleStartups, @Microsoft, @NYSE, @Delta, and @McKinsey.
When you give a coding agent a clear metric to optimize for, they will move mountains to make it happen. So we tried it on our entire Listen codebase. Ole shares our learning here https://t.co/hR23QutEPa
