I think an independence referendum is a good shout to get us away from the Tories. If folk really don’t want independence then Scotland must be offered something better! I’ll be voting for Indy because I’m sick of getting more of the same old shite 🏴 #indyref2
.@ZackPolanski: "The 50 wealthiest families in this country own more wealth than 34 million people. That's unsustainable. The govt say there is no money left. There's plenty of money. It needs to be in our communities, both for the environment & for the people we serve"
Tesco could pay every worker an extra £10,000 and still make a profit.
British Gas could pay every worker an extra £35,000 and still make a profit.
Shell could pay every worker an extra £300,000 and still make a profit.
It is the billionaires who are ripping you off.
Reform supporters keep telling me I am lying when I repeat this. So let’s be clear.
Here is the video of Nigel Farage himself saying the country will need to “have insurance based healthcare” - private healthcare. Those are his words. That is not a rumour and not spin.
An insurance-based system means you pay when you get sick. It means cancer treatment becomes a financial crisis as well as a medical one. It means missed payments risk your home. That is how private healthcare systems work. Can you afford that on top of rent food energy and council tax.
Now imagine this after years of pressure on public services. Imagine what a Labour government might leave behind and then imagine Reform coming in on top of that with cuts.
Because it does not stop at healthcare.
Nigel Farage has also talked about cutting 68,000 public sector jobs. Those are British jobs. Processing benefits running borders staffing services keeping the country functioning. At the same time he has questioned minimum wage protections for young people. Lower pay fewer jobs higher bills.
How exactly are people meant to cope.
This is not about left or right. It is about consequences.
Do not vote to make your own life harder. You have already had it hard enough.
As mother to a young man with Autism I’m so sick of this shite. I don’t need an answer, I accept my son exactly the way he is, he’s not fucking diseased and Paracetamol doesn’t cause Autism you ridiculous mound of shite. Please stop this fecking nonsense 🙄
Dear HMRC
Would it be OK if I made a one off payment of 0.01 % of my annual income instead of my normal tax percentage?
I have a note from Nige.
Yours faithfully
Bloke kicked in head by horse.
