The vicious Russian “safari” against our people in Kherson has long gone beyond anything a normal person could imagine.
This morning, the Russians struck an ordinary minibus in Kherson with an FPV drone. Four people were killed and five others were wounded. All necessary services are at the scene, investigating the details. What is absolutely clear is that the bus was civilian.
These are the realities of everyday life in Ukraine’s frontline regions. While partners hesitate over additional supplies of defense equipment, the Russians have long run wild.
Pressure on the aggressor is needed. Support for those defending life is needed. I thank everyone who continues to provide assistance packages and impose new sanctions on the aggressor.
Another day, another war crime from Putin. This monster has acted with impunity for years. We need to ensure the Ukrainians have what they need to beat him once and for all.

The unjust prosecution of Lee Cheuk-yan, Chow Hang-tung and Albert Ho is a shameful act of political persecution and further evidence of China’s campaign to extinguish freedom in Hong Kong.
The world must speak with one voice in demanding their release. China’s authoritarian repression will not erase the truth of Tiananmen, silence the conscience of Hong Kong or diminish the universal cause of freedom.
We need missiles for Patriots, and only our partners can provide them. We ain’t talking about gifts. Ukraine is ready to buy the weapons we need. What matters is that decisions be made, first and foremost in the U.S. I am grateful to everyone who is helping Ukraine save lives.
The way to end this war is to confront Moscow, not reward it. Not to loosen sanctions, but to harden them.
The 20th sanctions package is ready to go. We will tighten the net further, especially around Russia’s shadow fleet. And we must also deliver the €90-billion-loan.
My press remarks with @andrii_sybiha ↓
Dear President @ZelenskyyUa, we meet at a dangerous moment.
Russia’s war against Ukraine continues. And a new war has captured the Middle East.
Both wars are very much interlinked. In the face of this, we stand together.
My opening remarks in Kyiv ↓
It is good to be in Kyiv today with European Foreign Ministers.
Each visit is a powerful reminder of Ukraine’s courage and resilience.
Europe stands by your side. We will keep providing military, financial, energy, and humanitarian support.
And we will do everything we can to ensure full accountability for Russia’s crimes.
