Took advantage of a rainy Friday morning by getting better with x2 state champ, @NDmbb standout, and one of the best to come out of Michigan @ToryJ23 Great energy, teaching, and message!
When CJ McCollum was informed that he played 60 minutes tonight he said, “that’s why I condition all summer, I work on my diet, I get my sleep, I get my massages, so I can be ready to play every night.” Young fellas...it all matters. It takes a lot of sacrifice to be great.
While 1 sleeps in another 1 is up early.
While 1 complains another 1 trains.
While 1 gives up another 1 fights on.
WHICH 1 WILL YOU BE?

The idea of a “quick-trigger” timeout. Some things are so important to the identity of your team they warrant immediate attention regardless of situation. Mine, not moving quickly enough into transition offense after getting scored upon.
