100% worth at least trying
i'll try to briefly explain it through my own experience
first step is writing down absolutely all your thoughts
one thought, one note or card, i personally used Notion for this
then you split everything into two groups:
> want and must
after that each card gets filtered with questions like:
> does this make me happier
> is this useful for society
> is this useful for the environment
then you organise the same thoughts into areas like:
> personal growth
> family
> business
> social impact
> hobbies
after this filtering you build a kanban 2026 board
inside it you have each month of the year, and within each month you run your task system
each monthly kanban has columns like:
> to do
> schedule
> in progress (ball on performer's side)
> in progress (ball on my side)
> today
> done
i also added a 'daily' board for myself
Some tips:
> if a thought does not pass the filter at any stage, just drop it
> if some columns are empty, that's fine, they may fill later
> tasks should stay flexible and can change over time, but if they keep getting delayed for too long, you should question whether they are even worth doing
> any large task should always be broken into small steps
i also built a system where goals are directly linked to specific cards
if you're interested, i can share my Notion template in dm
it's not highly polished, but it covers all the basics you need

does anyone know why my download speed is fine for the first half of a file, but then the second half just dies and drops to like 100 to 400 KB per second?
@yacineMTB it's an interesting and very simple way to solve the problem
except that you'll need to think very hard about the solution to the problem itself
@aashatwt or instead of grinding for users, you simply improve your workspace with AI
something you probably wouldn't have been able to build before, or would have had to pay a lot of money for
@StarPlatinum_ i know three languages, and i think in my native language
but sometimes i catch myself thinking in the languages i've learned as well
most of the time, though, it's still my native language
