I’m a proud USC Trojan, but I also know what my eyes tell me. USC football is more reputation than substance and has been for a minute. This has been the same narrative year after year. You become what you tolerate. You think finesse, you become finesse. There was a time when you played USC and it was a damn fistfight and opposing teams knew it would hurt. Now it’s a pillow fight and opposing teams know it as well.
