$10/month covers the cost of heartworm prevention for one of our dogs. $50 pays for vaccines for one dog. Treating a dog who’s heartworm positivd costs $1000. If you can donate a smaller amount each month, those funds will help cover the costs for a dog we bring into rescue.

Sweet Ruby is on her first day out of her cone! Her drainage had mostly stopped. The bones of her skull have hardened as the infection has subsided. In 10 days she should be medically cleared to move to her forever home!!!

Update on sweet Ruby:Docs determined this is a fungal infection.She’s having procedure to drill into infection pockets in her sinuses and her skull.Please send good thoughts.If you’d like to give a gift of any amount it would really help. Her vet care is ~$10,000 so far.
