A Canadian messaged me last week.
He said: I agree with everything you post.
I cannot say any of it at work.
I asked: what would happen if you did?
He said: reported to HR. Investigated. Probably let go.
He lives in Canada.
Not China. Not Russia.
Canada.
So yes.
A Japanese account in Tokyo will keep posting.
Until he can say it himself again.
Can I be honest?
I really don't get it.
I'm not trying to start a fight. I'm not trying to dunk on anyone. I genuinely want to know.
I look at rising immigration, I look at criminals being released and given second chances again and again, and I just don't understand why so many people support it.
I'm not even arguing about whether I'm right or wrong right now.
I'm asking something simpler.
What do you see that I don't?
What future are you hoping for?
When you support these policies, what is the picture in your head? What does success look like to you?
I mean that sincerely.
Because from where I'm standing, I honestly can't see it.
Is it about compassion?
Is it about fairness?
Is it anger at people who already have power and money?
Is it a belief that society becomes stronger when more people are given another chance?
I don't know.
That's why I'm asking.
Not for a gotcha.
Not for an argument.
Not for likes.
I want to hear the answer from someone who truly believes in it.
Because I've spent a long time trying to understand, and I still feel like I'm missing something.

Trump is now bombing Iran. Here are multiple clips of Trump campaigning against endless wars, Middle East conflicts, and boasting that he will stop World War III.
I have to say, with all that's been going on, it's almost like they're trynna force a government buyout so they can drain the treasury and payout their own side and leave nothing in government to try and fix the situation afterwards
