@AlaskaAir What are the hours for customer service? I waited for a call back yesterday (estimated 4 hr 35 min) and didn't get one til 4:45 am (12 hours later). Missed that call and got back in the queue at 8:11 am (est 1 hr 53 min). 8 hours later, no call back.

My 8yo daughter met a girl at summer camp last year named "Internet." I said no way, that can't be her name but my daughter has been adamant. For almost a year we've been having this discussion.
