I want to thank the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Dutch House of Representatives for inviting me to speak today on behalf of millions of my compatriots fighting for liberty, justice, and democracy.
I am grateful to the Dutch police and parliamentary security services for their professionalism, assistance, and protection.
My heartfelt thanks also go to our Iranian compatriots who gathered respectfully outside Parliament to stand with the people of Iran.
The message I brought to The Hague was simple: the plight of the Iranian people must become the driving focus of international policy on Iran. Empowering them, not emboldening this regime, will bring lasting peace and stability.
The islamic regime is selling murdered Iranian women for parts.
Armenia has confiscated massive amounts of undeclared Iranian natural women's hair which was brought across the border.
This illegal trend has been skyrocketing since, wait for it, January.
Almost all the morgue victims from the massacre were men, and not women. We are beginning to learn what actually happened to the girls who were massacred back then.
My dear compatriots,
As the people of Iran courageously stand against the Islamic Republic—the occupier of Iran—and as this wounded, despised, and isolated regime continues its assaults on the lives and property of our people in a futile attempt to delay its inevitable fall, I consider it my duty to more clearly articulate the contours of justice in a future Iran for those who may be contemplating cooperation with the perpetrators of this regime.
To that end, I requested that the Committee for Drafting Transitional Justice Program in Iran provide its advisory opinion on two important issues: first, the criminal liability of individuals who cooperate with the Islamic Republic’s repressive structures; and second, the confiscation of property belonging to protesters and their families.
The Committee has now issued its first advisory opinion.
Its message is clear: these acts are not simple or insignificant forms of cooperation; they constitute aiding and abetting crimes against humanity. No position, order, or excuse can eliminate individual criminal liability. Accordingly, anyone who knowingly and voluntarily cooperates with the regime’s repressive structures—whether inside or outside Iran—must understand that they will face criminal liability:
whether such cooperation takes the form of reporting or informing;
whether it takes the form of participation in checkpoints;
whether it takes the form of using children or adolescents in the repression of protesters; and
whether it takes the form of acquiring, transferring, buying, or selling property confiscated from protesters and their families in the course of repression.
Yes, not only those who play a role in issuing such orders, enforcing them, or facilitating these confiscations will face liability, but also those who knowingly and voluntarily acquire or sell such property must be held accountable. That liability includes the use of their assets or property to compensate the original owners for the harm inflicted on them.
Therefore, I warn all those considering cooperation with this regime’s machinery of repression: before taking any action that causes physical, financial, or social harm to the people of Iran, think of your future and that of your family. Think of the day when Iran will be free;
the day when the truth will no longer be hidden;
the day when names will be revealed; and
the day when no perpetrator can escape accountability before the law.
The Iranian nation will have a government that respects its people’s rights and will transform Iran into a free and prosperous country.
Long live Iran
Reza Pahlavi
After the 2022 protests against the Islamic regime and taking off their hijab in defiance, the regime started poisoning the schoolgirls in 100s of schools around the country through ventilation systems.
When we tell you they don’t care about children, that’s because we know of their atrocities.
Appeasing the regime that massacred 40,000 protesters won’t bring peace. It will only delay the next crisis.
It is time for a clean break. Instead of legitimizing their oppressors, the West should stand with the people of Iran.

After killing her, Iran’s security forces stormed the morgue, sexually abused, and sent the images to her husband as a weapon of terror.
Today in a deeply disturbing case, Ahmad Khodaei, husband of Salehe Akbari, an Iranian nurse who secretly helped wounded protester during the January uprising, has reportedly attempted suicide following months of pressure, threats, and alleged abuse by Iranian security forces.
Ahmad had sent me all the evidence the psychological torture he endured, and the details of how his wife was shot directly to my Instagram.
Today, I was shocked to learn that he has attempted suicide.
Akbari, a nurse and outdoor enthusiast, was shot dead inside her home during a raid by security agents. Ahmad was beaten, detained for 11 days, and repeatedly threatened to remain silent about what he witnessed.
Khodaei said that after killing his wife, agents later accessed her body in the morgue and committed acts of sexual abuse, sending him images in what appears to be a deliberate attempt to psychologically torture him.
The couple had been helping injured protesters seek medical care, avoiding state-run hospitals out of fear of arrest. Days later, their home was targeted.
Following his release from detention, Ahmad have faced ongoing harassment and intimidation. The sustained psychological pressure have driven him to attempt to take his own life. His current condition remains unclear.
This is what a brutal regime does when it fears its own people.
Salehe and Ahmad were a young couple in love, their lives filled with hope, their days filled with purpose. They were saving the lives the wounded. And for that, she was shot in her home.
He was detained, threatened, and psychologically broken.
The world cannot look away.

Prince Reza Pahlavi's visit to the Swedish Parliament was a turning point. He delivered a clear vision for a free, secular, and democratic Iran in which the people themselves determine their own future.

“A free Iran will recognize the State of Israel immediately.”
I can’t wait for the alliance between Israel and a free Iran.

We began this journey. We will see it to its end."

Swedish Parliament, April 13, 2026
100 days ago, on January 8th and 9th, millions of Iranians took to the streets knowing the price they might pay. More than 40,000 heroes paid that price for Iran's dignity, liberty, and freedom.
Young women tore off their headscarves in front of armed security forces. Students organized, marched, and faced plainclothes agents on campuses. Teachers, lawyers, and workers walked off their jobs. Shopkeepers shuttered their stores in solidarity. Millions of ordinary people did extraordinary things in city after city in an epic display of national unity.
The regime answered with bullets, mass arrests, and show trials and executions. Facing an inhuman evil, Iranians showed superhuman bravery. More than 40,000 gave their lives.
My compatriots kept going and their courage belongs to history. This is the final battle and they are preparing to win the war against the Islamic Republic. In this battle to reclaim our nation, I will not stop fighting until the day they are free.
We hope the world will be with us. Whether it is or not, our fight will continue and we will liberate Iran.
My Dear Compatriots,
Great Nation of Iran,
I salute each and every one of you who, over the course of these last one hundred days, have stood firm for freedom and the reclamation of Iran, who, with extraordinary sacrifice, have stood boldly against bullets, and who, for the past forty days, have braved the danger of bombardment.
I know that news of the two week ceasefire between the Islamic Republic, America and Israel has disheartened many of you. But today is not a time for despair, it is a time for even greater belief in victory. What has transpired over these last forty days falls in line with the very demands the Iranian nation made of the international community; demands that, after laying down their lives in the streets of Iran, our people further echoed on February 14th’s Global Day of Action.
The blows dealt to the Islamic Republic in a mere forty days have been unprecedented, and for this regime, irreparable. The elimination of Ali Khamenei, the man responsible for the murder of tens of thousands of courageous Iranians, is in itself a historic achievement for our nation. Beyond him, dozens of senior commanders and principal agents within the IRGC, the Basij, and the regime’s intelligence apparatus have also been removed. Thousands of the regime’s oppressive forces have been destroyed. The command-and-control structure of the regime’s repressive machinery has been paralyzed and has collapsed. The military infrastructure built not for the defense of Iran, but for the export of terrorism and instability, has been annihilated. The regime’s financial resources, used for oppression at home and terrorism abroad, have been drastically diminished. The Islamic Republic stands today more isolated and more reviled, in the region and the world, than at any point in its history.
What remains for this regime is reliance on foreign mercenaries and a bloodstained few whose interests are bound to its survival. This regime has suffered a devastating defeat in reality, yet by severing internet access for ninety million Iranians and through its machinery of lies, still pretends victory and issues hollow threats. Those who claimed they would never accept a ceasefire have now lost their leader and their commanders, lost the war, accepted the ceasefire, and been dragged to the negotiating table for their complete capitulation.
We knew from the outset, however, that the Islamic Republic would not fall solely through the elimination of its command structure and the degradation of its repressive apparatus by aerial strikes. That is precisely why, in every message I have addressed to you, I emphasized that it is we, the Iranian nation, who must deliver the final blow to this weakened regime and bring about its ultimate end.
I want you to know that I am monitoring conditions inside Iran closely. I understand that while the Islamic Republic has been profoundly weakened, its capacity for repression has not been entirely eliminated. My singular objective is to ensure that the final action to topple the Islamic Republic comes at the lowest possible cost to human life. The life of each and every one of you is precious to me. I therefore ask that you remain patient, protect yourselves and, with faith in victory and full readiness, await the decisive moment. In the meantime, I and all our compatriots abroad will raise your demand for an end to the Islamic Republic with every ounce of our strength.
Have faith that no force on earth can withstand the power of a united Iran. The Islamic Republic has no path of escape and no chance of survival this time, and it shall fall at the mighty hands of you, the great nation of Iran.
Long Live Iran,
Reza Pahlavi
