I’d rather be wrong and apologize about an artists AI usage than to be proven right; I want to be able to trust my fellow artists and creators and fans. but holding people accountable when theyre dishonest is the only way to ensure that level of trust can exist in the first place

Refusing to show a layered working file or timelapse is a huge red flag. Artists and typically proud of their work, and hiding the process of it just suggests there is no human process to show 🤷‍♀️ but according to them, we shouldn’t be calling out unethical, damaging behaviour 🥴

Thirdly, Gen ai is trained to scrape datasets of artwork without consent. It means that the profit is coming from uncompensated artist labour which is highly unethical??

fyi youre calling multiple artists, designers and illustrators "idiots" because your mate refuses to provide proof of process or design information (such as simply naming a font), which would eliminate distinct gen AI accusations.

Adding on that just because someone has an art degree with minors in graphics doesn’t stop them from using generative ai. I know plenty of artists who consider themselves as “ai artists” and they have degrees lol

I'm sorry but there are clear differences between the recent image & her "cute little drawings": drastic change in outline consistency, shadows/highlights are done differently

Any similarities look, if anything, like the result of FEEDING these to AI and telling it to mimic them

@_wolfiesroom this just came across this feed and im sorry but people not being able to recognize the signs of AI usage is sad. how the hat blends in to wolfchans head and the glove with either too many fingers or 3 gloves for a supposed “pair” plus the whole style of the design is typical ai
