@sainsburys disgusted by the staff at Fosse park store who needed proof of purchase that their own brand filter jug £12 was faulty. Even if was something I’d done…I mean £12? Good will? Surely this isn’t good for your health to drink from.

@HMRCcustomers as a landlord of 1 property interest only mortgage. Is the interest an allowable expense? Understand repayment mortgage is not. Also Which magazine implied there are tax credits for landlords where mortgage is NOT an allowable expense. Can’t find info on HMRC site

@Parkdeanresorts shocking customer service as they wouldn’t refund £50 for a holiday they told me they’d cancelled! Had I received the correct communication then this wouldn’t have happened. Customer suffers again 😳

@sainsburys I had 17 plastic bags on my click & collect order. But you won’t take back old bags to recycle? I know there’s a virus but we all know you can’t catch it through your hands/skin. So surely you can allow deliveries without bags now & take back the old ones?

@FromPaperchase rubbish customer service. Bought 2 rolls wrap paper. They arrive with sticker “buy 3 get one free”. I buy 2 but don’t get third free as apparently I didn’t buy 3. Any idiot can see it’s the same thing. Very pissed off #rubbishcustomerservice
