@bbcstudios Why can’t Strictly Come Dancing be broadcast with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound like other BBC programmes such as Match of the Day? It would add so much to the viewing experience for a programme with so much musical content.

@AudiUK Is it right that there’s a cost to apply a software update required to fix a problem with the Battery Protection Function, that stopped working after an earlier software update? Our service centre have stated there is a cost of 2 hours labour for this update. 1/2

@Brentwood_BC Please clarify Sunday parking tariff for Shenfield car parks. Web site says Sunday to Monday charges apply (except for 30mins), but paragraph immediately afterwards says Sunday parking free! (Max 3 hours).

@Sonos When will the local Music Library search be reinstated? Losing this was one of your biggest mistakes and it was previously suggested in a Sonos announcement that this was targeted for mid June. Loss of that functionality and persistent issues of reliability will be your downfall.

@FCOtravel Thanks we have subscribed but no updates have been made since Saturday so the information is no longer correct. The state of emergency and curfew were lifted yesterday and roadblocks have gone and airport is open. Website refers only to situation imposed on Saturday.
