Sir, I boarded indigo flight number 6E-6928 wih PNR YUEKUD from Delhi terminal-1 to Patna Airport.
My seat was 26E.
I kept my Blue-Black colour laptop bag in the cabin over my head. That is taken by someone else by mistake/stolen

Pls look into this. From such a big airport your thing are missplaced/lost and you are not able to track it. D solutn u r looking is to wait for getting return by its own dn pls consider the security of place as bhagwan bharose

Service&quality is vry imptnt. I knw dis single tweet wont affect u. atleast feel d pain of some1 trapped in dis situation. Im 30 yrs old boy & I can suffer but what if when old person/single girl/pregnant women might go through?

What exactly some1 cming frm 200-300km frm airport 2 board flight can do? Sitting helpless outside without any help/assurances. Atleast for sake of humanity undrstnd passenger prblm specially who had to travel 100s of kms or more

AirportAuthority & Indigo told to wait for 24hrs &see if some1 return my bag or not. They are not even checking camera footage. I had train reversed for further journey of 5:30hrs more. No humanity shown/process followed if exist

I was among last to board flight from backgate. When flight reached patna. I stood up in the queue my bag was missing.
From that 8:55pm (around) I have been moving here & there but No support from airport Authority or from indigo
