Striving to have half of a plate of fruits and vegetables with each meal is a great goal. Opt in to whole grains and lean proteins. Yum! Listen to your body and honor your hunger cues. Studying takes a LOT of energy, and we need all kinds of foods to be happy and healthy.
Where are we located? Find our office on the third floor of the Student Center across from the Bistro! Feel free to use our space to chat or study with some tea or coffee. Our happy lights or oil diffuser are available for students to use. #wellnesstips#seattleu#whpsu
Trish Snow (our Program Coordinator for Healthy Relationships) is a Master’s student in the SDA program here at SU. She’s from TX, a “retired” student athlete, and plays games for fun. Stop by for coffee and a convo about anything! #wellness#su#pc#noconsole#freecoffeebreak
Meet Annie (she/her), our Coordinator for Alcohol and Other Drug Education. Annie’s here to navigate the intersections of substance use, belonging, and development- working to ensure students have the tools to make healthy decisions.
