At today’s @LimerickCouncil meeting it was agreed to write to Minister @smytho to provide guidance on my proposal to create a Local Food & Catering Purchase Policy, making it the first local authority in the country to create a sustainable food & catering procurement policy.
The food at nearly all Irish service stations is appalling. Generic, ultra processed or international fast food. Does anyone know any service or petrol stations around the country that are doing good simple food? It's depressing to see so many queuing for McDonald's 😭
