Thank you for the reply - I couldn’t find anything anywhere. Got a response from tech support today so let me start there - real basic use of sys entity and works on other agents.. will let you know once I try their advice

Fridge will slow it. Could also@make chilli salt or infused vodka and use either as an extract to add a touch of heat :)

@DufferinRider @samanthadjb This is my first year with LF sauce so I’m not sure but will keep an eye out for mine incase it does that. Maybe @WellPreserved knows of a way to stop that.

@joshnamaharaj But why process them if eating right away? Make quick pickles and fridge pickles during the season and save those jars for winter :)

@joshnamaharaj I think you’d be able to tell the difference between a 1 day pickle and a 6 week pickle - if you had both side by side
