I’ve always said that boxing was my best medicine. 🥊
I truly believe in the power of fitness — not just for the body, but for the mind too. It played a huge part in helping me find my way forward when I needed it most.
That’s why it’s a real privilege to be able to sponsor this event and give something back to a team that stood by me when I was going through some of my darkest times.
They didn’t judge. They didn’t listen to the noise. They simply supported me, encouraged me and kept believing.
Now it’s my opportunity to support them. ❤️
Sometimes the people who stand beside you in the darkness deserve to be there when the lights come back on.
🥊 Keep moving. Keep fighting. Keep believing.
12yr old girl in Brighton is sexually harassed by an invader.

“Now is the time to put our differences aside and cooperate for the good of the country we both love.” — @RupertLowe10
A fractured opposition to organised socialist dominance sounds the death knell for Britain.
Well done Rupert Lowe for putting country first and seeking to unite the right.
@russellquirk I ended up in court over using the phrase "C U Next Thursday" and, as a result of what I believe was an abuse of power, I was isolated from my family and love ones for five years. For five years, I was prevented from having contact with the people I loved most.
Having such an impact on my mental Health I ended up in the priory to sort out by ptsd and trauma
I was also held in a custody cell for 33 hours before being transported to court in a Serco van, escorted as though I were a violent criminal. When my case finally came before the judge, the hearing lasted around 15 minutes. After reviewing the relevant information, the judge apologised for the misunderstanding and told me to go home. I was also informed that my bail statement had been lost, adding to what was already an incredibly distressing experience.
Living through this has had a lasting impact on me. It has left me questioning whether freedom of speech truly exists, particularly for someone like me who lives with mild Tourette's syndrome and can sometimes blurt out words or phrases without malicious intent.
Even now, I find myself afraid to post on Facebook, worried that something I say could once again be misunderstood or taken out of context. No one should have to live in fear of expressing themselves because of the trauma of past experiences.
