@merseyrail Hi guys. Disappointed to see there's no new grit or salt down on the platform at seaforth and Litherland this morning. Everything on the platform is frozen over, ie from yesterday. Also the metro tab in devices aren't working 😔
@JustEatUK hi guys. I've just tried to place an order using £50 of my credit plus the balance on my credit card. For some reason my credit card was blocked, but when I went to reorder using a new card my existing credit on my account was gone, can you help see where it's gone?
@merseyrail hi guys, there's quite a flood just outside the ticket office at seaforth and Litherland station which all passengers are needing to walk through, looks like a blocked drain it you can get someone to attend to it please

@Merseytravel hi there. I have a missed journey on the metro tap and go card. I have logged in to try to update it, but when I'm inputting the tap out time, no times work and I get this error persistently. Which email address can I contact to get it updated manually?

@merseyrail and now we're kicked off the train due to severe late running. You protect your stats and sla's, sod the people dragged into the office in this weather trying to do a days proper work
@merseyrail few things are more frustrating than a stationary train at sandhills and the train manager hiding without any announcement. Put yourselves in your customers shoes and tell us what's going on
