The Hornets and Kings have discussed a trade centered around Domantas Sabonis, per @sam_amick
“Per league sources, Sacramento and Charlotte have had recent talks about Kings big man Domantas Sabonis. While a deal is not imminent and appears unlikely before the June 23 draft, sources say the Hornets have some interest in the 30-year-old, three-time All-Star. The problem for now, it seems, is that the Kings have been hoping to land one of Charlotte’s two first-round picks (they have Nos. 14 and 18) in the deal, and the Hornets have signaled a desire to retain their picks and discuss Sabonis later in the summer. Sabonis has two seasons left on his deal ($45.4 million next season and $48.6 million in 2027-28).”

#Chiefs CB Nohl Williams on the return of L’Jarius Sneed:
On if he has met Sneed or watched him play:
"For sure, I've watched him throughout my college career. He's a good cornerback... addition to our defense, addition to our DB room. I haven't talked to him yet, but I'm looking forward to meeting him, learning from him... he knows what it looks like. He knows how to, you know, be a championship DB on a championship team."

@2drinksolution@NetsPressIG What are you smoking…
Kings are not giving up anything to move him. They won’t move him unless they get a good return. He is in no way a negative asset.
@cosgrove_conor@NickDecoteau4@Cs_Confidential Sabonis is a better passer and rebounder. Could be more effective on Celtics then Brown going forward. Not saying he’s better player right now.
@NickDecoteau4@cosgrove_conor@Cs_Confidential Not necessarily saying it’s a overpay, just that it’s not smart from the Kings perspective. However this same ownership traded Fox for Lavine so who knows. Maybe it puts them in a better spot in next years draft with the new lottery system.
@81912CON@OwnedByToronto Actually, they want to get a player back that’s young. They want RJ Barrat who is not cheap. As long as they shed long term money and hopefully shed a little right now and get some draft picks. That’s the best case scenario for them.
