Sticker damaged and dirty box on Airpods delivered for Xmas by @currys - Agreed to an "easy" exchange and a week later who knows where the airpods are thanks to DPD and I can't have my new item until Currys receive the airpods back!

Need help 🙏 my sons Fortnite account has been banned. We think permanently but @EpicGames won't tell us why or for how long?! They've blocked us from sending them a request and my son has around 6000 vbucks on his account that was a gift from his grandparents at Xmas. 😭😭
