So Vickrum Digwa stabbed and killed Henry Nowak with a kirpan – a religious knife – a weapon that Sikhs are legally able to carry due to a religious exemption under UK Law.

Surely, this exemption must be reviewed now that Digwa has abused that exemption, for murderous intent.
