The lady in your customer service is being impossible to deal with. Has now completely stopped responding. It’s almost a month since the original order. I’m really really fed up @patmcgrathreal please could you nudge someone internally to just send out the replacement ☹️
@patmcgrathreal Hi Pat :) love your make up especially the foundation. A month ago I ordered some highlighter, and it arrived smashed in transit. Your team have taken weeks to respond and still have not sent a replacement. They have the order number, the photo of broken product
@qatarairways flying MLE-DOH-HKG Saturday 24th July. Hong Kong does not require a pcr test from the Maldives. Does the state of Qatar require one for transit or not?
