@essexhighways So it appears the lights are out again in Lucas avenue, after briefly working again. The potholes still haven't been filled. Disgraceful; especially on an estate with a high population fo older people.
@essexhighways Still no street lights on Lucas Ave near the church. It's been several weeks. There's now a huge pothole in same area. What are you doing about this? It's icy at night, pitch black and now hazardous due to pothole. Lots of elderly people live in this area.
@essexhighways I have reported the pothole. I wanted to raise awareness as it is in the area where we have no street lights, so concerned someone may fall. The pavements have been icy at times and it is difficult to see the kerbside, let alone the big pothole

@feistywomankent Nurses aren't staying in the NHS. They train, they leave, they join agencies where they get better pay, pick an choose where they work and don't have to deal with all the bureaucratic rubbish us regular staff face every day. Wake up and face the reality.
@sturgess_steve As a nurse of 30 years, I found myself shouting at the radio. Any nurses being trained go straight into agencies as the pay is better and the responsibilities are less.
Department of Health; naive? Lying? I've been asked to interview overseas nurses (Inc. Ghanaian) regularly over past couple of years. Our Trust offers sweet relocation incentives; free accomodation, golden handshake payment etc #R4Today
